Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their appointment within 72 hours of their appointment without incurring penalties. Clients will be responsible for 100% of the appointment cost if canceling/ rescheduling after the 72 hour window; as well as forfeit any payments paid. Deposits remain non refundable. If client arrives more than 15 minutes after their appointment time and they still want their service; and additional $50 fee will be added at end of service. Last minute cancellation/ Late/ No shows: will be charged 100% fee added to end of service.
